How do I pay for orthodontic treatment?
It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high quality treatment to fit your budget whether its Robotic-assisted orthodontics (SureSmile), Invisalign, or conventional treatment. Our treatment coordinator,(firstname.lastname@example.org or 913-782-7223) will take great care at your first free visit to design a plan that works for you. We have payment options to suit monthly budgets including interest-free installment plans and with conventional fee structure, multiple family discounts may apply. Factor in use of your Flexible or Health Savings Account (FSA/HSA) to your payment design. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover card and debit cards. Monthly payments will be set up through autopay from your bank. We offer a discount to payment made in full at the start of treatment.
How does orthodontic insurance work?
Provide us with any insurance information that you can at the first phone call so we may prepare for your first visit. Our treatment coordinator will make contact and verify available insurance benefits and details. This will expedite determining your out-of-pocket costs and payment option design at our first meeting. We will then file your claim and manage your questions. We accept all insurances, and we are in-network with Delta Dental, Metlife, Aetna, BCBS, and Guardian.
Other Considerations and H2O Philosophy
The cost of treatment depends mostly on the severity of patient’s orthodontic needs. H2orthodontics is commited to careful examination, diagnosis and discussion. We use advanced diagnostics, digital records with minimal exposure. We invest heavily in state-of-the-art proven robotic techniques and trained staff to provide superior result-no quick fixes here. We treat you as we would treat our family-because we want you as part of the H2O family with the first contact! And we strive to provide you a foundation for exceptional dental health and overall success and confidence!
Invisalign and Braces include 0% financing with payments as low as $199 a month.
